Standard Package: $500 - 40 premium cigars - A dedicated associate to manage the cigar station, providing cutting and lighting services for 2 hours Custom Package: We offer customized services and products tailored to meet your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms: - Notice Period: Reservations for the VIP Room must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. - Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. - No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to show up for their reservation without prior notice, 100% of the booking cost will be charged. 2. Damages: - Customer Responsibility: The customer booking the VIP Room is responsible for any damages incurred during their reservation. - Assessment: Any damages will be assessed by the management, and the customer will be billed accordingly for repairs or replacements. 3. Booking Adjustments: - Changes: Any changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Adjustments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4. Payment: - Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not adhered to. - Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the reservation.
